Not enough waiters, slow food coming out, had to find a server to give a receipt to only find out tip was added to bill while we left a tip on the table. In my opinion poor management for prices paid. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Soup and Salad, Seafood Alfredo

Food and service from our waiter Sophie was great. The only thing that left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and upset about was the fact that some manager lady very rudely scolded a new server named Evan right in front of our table she was talking to him in an extremely rude and condescending way and no one deserves to be talked to like that especially in front of paying customers in the dining room. I left Evan a tip myself because we could see he was hustling and really trying his best and he wasn’t even our server. Management really needs to be trained on how to talk to staff, he was so sweet and said it was one of his first shifts so I don’t understand why the manager or host or whatever she was felt like she could talk to him like that. Do better management treat your employees right ! Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Let me start by saying this was an empty restaurant at lunch. Started off okay. About 10 minutes or so for water/drinks. Which, cool whatever. No big deal. We finally got our drinks then ordered our food. Two lunch pastas. I know they microwave their food, I’m a chef of 15 years, I understand the operation. 4 minute pickup time, tops. Waited about 20 minutes to get our salad and breadsticks. Our server stated he was new. (Second shift) Understandable for a bit of a wait. Well, we finally got our pasta, mine was wrong. Again, tried to think, no big deal. I hate complaining. After waiting a bit, I told our server, no big deal, just don’t charge us for the wrong pasta at the higher price. I did not eat the protein it came with because I didn’t like it/ didn’t order it. He said he would ring it in properly (after blaming kitchen staff ofc classic server) well we went to pay the bill. Still the extra 6$, nothing changed. Server said he would grab a manager. 20 minute wait on the manager. Eventually we just had to ask a few servers and a host for a manager. She wanted to make us a new pasta. No thanks. We’ve already been in here 2h! Moral of the story management needs some work. I have low expectations of this place, but this really lowered them even more . Eventually they did the right thing and comped the meal. On a side notes, bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned all weekend, silverware was dirty and staff is blaming one another. Even the manager blaming the server, she put on the floor after 1 day, for issues. Hold accountability. Clean your restaurant. If the bathroom is gross, imagine the kitchen.
