Very disappointed with our experience at Olive Garden on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh. We brought a party of 20 to celebrate my niece's elementary school graduation, but half of our table received incorrect orders while the rest waited over 30 minutes for their food. When we asked to speak with a manager, Rosie was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing or addressing our concerns, she argued with us and even told my boyfriend to leave the restaurant. The servers and Justin, the manager in training, were pleasant and did their best, but Rosie's attitude and lack of customer service ruined what should have been a special family celebration. Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite restaurants, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on the poor service and management we experienced. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I love the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant. They are consistent which ever city you may be in. Their food is always great. I enjoy the atmosphere, it is like a getaway. You cannot go wrong. A1A hands down.
