Ordered through instacart, and my meat was cut so thin it’s see through. Including top sirloin steak. Four pounds of very thinly sliced meat. I spent so much money for nothing. How am I even going to cook them without them being well done.

Hello, We are a custom butcher, So we cut the meat as the customer requests it. The instacart order specified sliced sirloin and sliced boneless breast, there wasn’t any indication to a different thickness.

I had Olive tree market cater an event at my house. The food was spectacular—lamb chops, chicken and beef, delicious rice, salad and bread., plus hummus and bobaganush. The flavors were amazing and everything was perfectly cooked. I will definitely use them again. It was also reasonably priced. I WILL GO BACK!!

Last week I got some sausage it was mixed lamb and beef It smells bad when I start cooking it. I went back today. I tell the cashier the story. And he never did it. Any action instead of. To give me a refund. He was saying sorry Not going back there anymore

Hello, Our Fresh sausages Have a shelf life of just 4 days, So they have to be consumed or frozen within that shelf life, Unfortunately waiting a week to consume it is past that date. Our cashier cannot issue refunds, A manager can but will will not without a purchase receipt.
