Absolutely disappointed with the waffles we had here. Tasted like ones straight from woolies and served cold a far cry from what is served fresh in other OB restaurants. Not coming back !! Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Waffle with Ice Cream

We stopped here for takeaway coffee on (Saturday, 11/05/24). The male counter staff was unfriendly, unwelcoming and disinterested. Extremely slow service. The Barista and other staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves in non-English terms. Terrible coffee. It was a waste of time and money coming to this location. The worst OB is Sydney. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a sausage roll thinking it would have meat in it, so you know I didn’t order the vegetarian version with spinach. What I got had NO meat in it period!. It was like eating bits of pastry with no herbs or spices or meat as you would expect from a sausage roll. I pointed it out to the staff who said oh we only work here I must say a terrible experience at Oliver Brown Cherrybrook. I am old anti know what. Sausage roll is made of, so I challenge the owners of this store to tell me what I ate!!! no I do not recommend this cafe!!
