We knew right away that we wanted Omar's Kitchen's cookies for our Wedding Day after purchasing dozens of molasses cookies from them at the farmers market over the years. They went above and beyond with their service and quality! We ordered 300 cookies in four flavors (obviously molasses had to be on there!) and were able to pick them up at the farmer's market the day before our wedding! They had them all prepared in boxes for us, labeled and were even thoughtful enough to include tags with ingredients in case any of our guests had allergies we were unaware of! Our guests adored the cookies and so did we!! If you want to go with cookies instead of cake for your big day I would look no further!

First of all I would like to say that the food was very good. This review does not reflect the quality of the food but the conduct of the owners. We had a dispute on our wedding day about whether or not Omar's Kitchen should have provided a vegetarian entree. We interpreted emails as Omar's Kitchen agreeing to provide a vegetarian entree. On our wedding day when we asked where the vegetarian option was they told us we would have needed to provide them a number of vegetarians. However, they never asked how many vegetarians we would have. This would not have been so bad, after all mistakes happen. Except when we confronted them about this they became agitated and hostile. Omar simply wrote that there would be a veggie option. He did not inquire about a number. We also had a question about dessert pricing that went ignored.
