Said they had availability, not busy at all. Arrived and said they had an hour and a half wait. We were 5 minutes away. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We looking so forward to trying this restaurant and we were so disappointed. The complimentary breadsticks were very hard, almost like they were stale, like they had been sitting out for a while. We ordered the appetizer sampler and had to ask for the cheese sauce to be delivered because it was missing, and we didn’t get the rest of the sauces but that’s fine. The chicken tenders were fine, tender, fries were fine but the vegetable medley was more of a stir fry style vegetable sautéed. The schnitzel in the franconian combination plate was very dry and difficult to cut and the potato dumplings were hard. We also had the Gourmet Grilled cheese. The cheese in the grilled cheese was cold and hard and no longer melty at the time it was delivered. It had the consistency of a flat cold mozzarella stick. The soup and salad that came with the grilled cheese didn’t come out so we had to ask for it. The salad croutons were on the soup instead. The soup was not “piping hot” as described in the menu, just lukewarm. The flavor was fine but lukewarm soup is not good. The server was very kind and apologetic when items were missing. She was attentive and filled our glasses of beverages when it was needed. It seemed like she was the only server for the entire restaurant as we never saw anyone else other than people bringing take out orders. Overall, our party, that was so excited to try Oma’s, was very disappointed. Sorry to say, but we won’t be returning. If you walk around the other side of Oma's Restaurant, you'll see another entrance for the Lorelei Lounge. This is where the bar and live music is. Kids are allowed in until 10 p.m., and there are tables where you can order food from the menu, or you can walk up to the bar and get something to drink. I was just there to enjoy some time alone while my family played at the pool in the hotel. The wine list isn't huge, but the price for a glass of wine is decent: around $6. I got two glasses of Malbec and sat and watched people come in and out. Popcorn is complimentary, but you have to ask the bartender for it. (I didn't want any popcorn.)
