Over-rated! Worst meal ever in my multiple trips to Japan! Had way better okonomiyaki and fried noodles in Kyoto and Osaka. Honestly, the food taste below par, nothing special about it. 1 order of food and drink per person which is standard. Owner stop us from taking more photos and insisted we cannot sit by the bar although we are the 1st 4 and only customers then. While we were eating, 2 groups of Caucasians came in and the owner service improved noticeably (maybe he has a preferred clientele profile) 10% tax to be added to menu prices and no receipt given. Based on the excellent reviews, we decided to have lunch here. Of course, we had Okonomiyaki (pork and shrimp). We had Japanese tea with it. The food was prepared right in front of us by the very friendly owner, who runs the place all by himself. If I could, I’d give an even better review. A very nice owner and a perfect meal made our visit to Nara even better! :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was passing by this street when I met Omitsu. We spent a few minutes chatting outside.. I wasn’t hungry as I already had dinner before but I still decided to give it go. Guys: AMAZING!!!
