This restaurant is by far the best Chinese food you'll ever have. The staff are so great. They know what we drink in the bar and always have our table waiting for us. We miss this restaurant so much. We are hoping they reopen soon.

I'm just gonna say it. On Lock Sam is the underground hottest bar in Stockton. I went there recently for a birthday party and was blown away with the bar service. The older Asian lady who was bartending must have weights attached to her hands because she had that HEAVY pour (You know what I'm talking about). She turned that Jameson bottle over and was tapping on it like it was a bottle of Heinz ketchup. She filled that glass to the brim and added a quick splash of coke for the sake of calling it a mixed drink. But let's be honest, she basically poured a quad shot of Jameson on the rocks. Best part....that drink was $4.50! FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS! I couldn't pour myself a cheaper drink at home. I just realized this was a Chinese restaurant. Garlic chicken is hella good.
