Yo-chan is amazing!! She also speaks English quite well. The food is of French gastronomic quality. The restaurant/bar has a really nice design. Take the train to Tadaoka St. or the car to a nearby cheap parking lot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
