How to be ripped off by restaurant and then put blame on customer. Went to 1/2 shell last night for wings. They advertised $1.00 wings 4-7pm. There at 5 ordered 10 wings. Bill came charges $15.50. Asked waitress bill should be $10.00. She said owner said charge $1 only if customer asked for $1 wings. So they advertised $1 wings I ordered wings but because I did not specifically ask for $1 wings I was charge regular price. Wonder about quality of those $1 wings. Just saying
