I dropped by On The Rocks Pub & Grill while passing through Kamloops, and it was exactly the kind of local spot I hoped to find. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, with plenty of seating both indoors and on the patio. You get that classic pub vibe without it feeling too noisy or overcrowded. The food definitely hits the mark, solid portions and great value. I tried the wings (which seem to be a local favourite), and they didn’t disappoint: crispy, saucy, and perfectly cooked. Their burger was juicy and stacked just right, and the fries were golden and crisp. They also have a surprisingly good range of vegetarian options for a pub, which was a nice touch. The service was friendly and casual. The staff checked in just enough without being overbearing. Also, if you're into sports, this is a great place, screens everywhere and a lively, but not overwhelming, crowd during game time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
