We booked Bar One in advance to provide refreshments for 50 guests, during an interval and after a show at the Millennium Centre. The food is amazing. They apparently use a new catering company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The brownies and cheese boards were excellent and the staff went out of their way to provide a personal and quality service. Thank you to all involved!
