This great little japanese eatery has been opened for 1year. Hong takes great pride in his dishes. Every single item is meticulously prepared cooked to perfection. I enjoyed a terriyaki tofu on bed of rice which included few edamames and even a potato crochet. A very nice touch to have those extra little items to enhance the tofu with rice. His tofu had the nicest skin and sauce was very delicious. 100 marks for taste and texture and also presentation. I later bought a few more items to take home like the salmon and rice. All sushi items were generously rolled with 90% ingredients and 10% rice as it should be. Fresh and authentic. Thank you One sushi for a terrific lunch and see you again soon. DEFINITE MUST VISIT!
