(Japanese follows English) Stopped by OneTree Cafe in Ofunato. It’s run by an Australian guy and his Japanese wife. They roast their own coffee beans and offer a nice selection of coffee and tea. I had a flat white, and you could definitely tell they take their coffee seriously. It was delicious and pretty rare to find in Japan. I also tried a Belgian waffle, which was excellent. I’ve heard great things about their meat pie, so I’m looking forward to trying it next time. There’s a dedicated parking area on the street directly behind the cafe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area! 大船渡のOneTree Cafeに行ってきました。オーストラリア人オーナーと日本人の奥様が営んでいます。自家焙煎のコーヒー豆を使っていて、コーヒーや紅茶のメニューもあります。フラットホワイトをいただきましたが、コーヒーへのこだわりが伝わってきて、とても美味しかったです。日本ではなかなか見つからない一杯でした。ベルギーワッフルも最高でしたし、ミートパイも評判が良いので次回はぜひ試してみたいと思います。カフェのすぐ裏の通りに専用駐車場があります。近くに来たらぜひ立ち寄ってみてください！ Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
