The best onigiri I ever had. I particularly recommend the salmon one which is literal perfection. Sadly, I didn’t get to try all of their flavours yet, but I will be back ( again, because it’s already my third time eating here ). Lots of choices at different price points. They’re always making onigiris so you’re sure to get some fresh. My favorite was the pork spam and beef stew. Meal type: Other Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were just wandering around looking for food when I spotted Onimaru Yaki-musubi, and honestly, it was the best decision ever to stop and grab some onigiri. Each one was beyond delicious — I don’t think I can go back to having Japanese food in Australia after this! For around 350 yen each, you can pick from so many goodies. We tried the smoked salmon & avo, tuna & mayo, shrimp tempura, mentaiko & mayo omelette, and pork — and every single one was incredible. Saucy, strong in flavour, juicy, and so satisfying.
