Good facilities, roomy, secure barn stables, with nearby water, further away muck heap, (bring a barrow.) Temporary stables are on concrete but any rain will get under walls and soak beds. Two good surface indoor schools, never heard any complaints about surface for jumping or dressage. Theres a larges fenced polo arena near the stables and a huge outdoor arena either for polo or multi dressage arenas, with adjacent warmup areas. However also adjacent (and slightly raised,) is a busy open sided bar, restaurant and big patio. Great place to eat, drink and watch, good bar-b-q themed food, but does make the arena closest to it rather spooky. Lastly, if your competing in the outdoor arenas, allow plenty of time to hack down. Its a surfaced and fenced, behind the outdoor bar and over a bridge walk way. Can be a challenge the first time you take a young or spooky horse down, suggest you follow a more experienced lead! There is also a cafe for the indoor arenas which serves good sandwiches, chips, cakes and drinks. If your staying overnight, its worth the electrical hook up as this parks you closest to the buildings and toilet block (always clean and well serviced.) If no electrical hook up booked, the camping area is a long walk from the facilities and stables. Ive always found the staff, warm, helpful and friendly. Though watch out for an older gentleman who drives the site digger, he takes great joy in testing the spookyness of your horse/pony!
