I visited Mr. Onoya yesterday. When I arrived 5 minutes ago, there was already one group of customers, but they started entering the store immediately, and I also entered and sat down at the counter. Give your order verbally and wait for a while. It looks like it's going to take some time. The menu is miso char siu and mini char siu rice bowl. It took a little over 10 minutes to arrive. Inside the bowl is the ideal miso ramen visual. Thick roast pork is lined up as if to cover the edge. The char siu bowl has char siu on it with a rugged feeling. The noodles are made with a lot of water, and have a white, fluffy texture and a thickness that matches the miso. The main vegetable is bean sprouts, and it feels good that it doesn't get in the way of the noodles. The char siu is a little hard at the edges, and people with weak teeth should be careful. The soup is a wonderful miso, no complaints. It matches the noodles and is very good. I also have the char siu rice bowl. The char siu is not warmed here, but there is no problem.
