Best coffee shop we tried in Rouen, by a long shot. We had been somewhat disappointed with the coffee in Rouen until we went to this place. The two women who run it are great, too. Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
