Ooboshi Ramen in Ueda is an absolute must-visit! Tried the Barikote Tonkotsu, Barikote Fish Soup, and Tan Tan Ramen - all were simply phenomenal. A quick, convenient stop with easy parking for all weather types. This spot really brings flavor to your trip to Nagano! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
