Chef Oh Yong-tak's Ooki. The calm atmosphere and good energetic hospitality were comfortable and good. I liked the detail of the Neta covering it with cotton cloth until just before the Nigiri. It starts with Nigiri with natural Madai, and the gently released Jeokcho Shari and Neta are also good. The Shari temperature is a little warm, but I like it. The soft Netas go very well with the soft-textured Shari. I've felt it since Madai. Nishing and Irish Akkami are amazing. I love suhsi bar because it’s fun to watch the process of making it.
