According to the clients' comments, Japanese dishes here are quite nice. That's a good idea to order nicely cooked sushi, spicy rolls and shrimp tempura. The gracious staff welcomes people all year round. This restaurant is remarkable for its spectacular service. Here you will pay democratic prices. There is a pretty atmosphere and terrific decor at Ooki.

This place is closed??? Say it isn't so!!!!! This is my favorite sushi place. Going to check out what is now "Asian Village". Hoping it is close to as good.

Extremely slow service. The Tuna taratar and the salmon salad were exactly the same. Tuna was minced (why??) Over lettuce with some spicy mayo. Very mediocre. The roles were made by someone who has never made a roll before. They lacked uniformity and cohision. The only reason we got there was because Sushi Ya was closed. Too bad. Apparently the restaurant was sold 5 days ago to people who have no clue about sushi.

This place came to mind when I was thinking where to go for dinner. I find the name funny because "ooki" meant something else in a dialect I know. The place is nice. Food was impressive- from the presentation to the taste. We had salmon carpaccio for starters- yummy goodness. Then we had the Izumi and Black Dragon rolls- both were really good. I'll be back. Not for ooki. But for sushi.
