I use another Ootoya, but the inside of the store lacks a sense of cleanliness, and I use cleaning supplies to clean up dropped dishes and serve customers without washing my hands. The nervous voice of the clerk echoed throughout the store, making it the least comfortable of all the Otoya stores I've used. No repeats. Almost one person is seated at the counter. Ordering is done from the customer's smartphone. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
