The food here is decent as I have no complaint at all. Also, the atmosphere isn't too bad. Room for improvement: I went there for the lunch expecting the quick stop, but it turned out to be great 40 minutes stay. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Yes, there are some vegetarian option despite the majority of the fast food chain do not. Dietary restrictions: Yes, you can find the menu that may suitable with the dietary restriction.

Has there been any change in management policy recently? Ootoya offers a certain level of quality, but the other day, the cold soba noodles were lukewarm, and the overcooked and fishy smell made me feel sick, so I couldn't finish the whole meal. Is it some kind of leftover soba noodles? It was that kind of feeling. My companion said, ``I had soba at a soba restaurant. It was a bad choice,'' but before, it was delicious. Does it depend on the person making it? It didn't look like the food my companion ordered was tasty either. Did you happen to have a bad time? We are sorry for giving 2 stars because of such a bad meal, but for us it was a precious meal. It's a shame because there was nothing wrong with the old Ootoya.
