Anmitsu was pleasant, i picked matcha. But Kinako milk pudding was not pudding i expected but 2 layers of creams. They should rename it to "cream & cream" so people know what to expect. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

On my third day in Thailand, I was afraid to go into any restaurant because I couldn't taste any of the food, so I went to Ootoya. I thought the contents would be terrible, but I was really impressed with how perfect the soba noodles were, and how delicious even the rice was with Kaasani. thank you!
