Everything is ok, but these cevapcici are not Croatian or Bosnian, you don't even know what cevapi mean, kajmak is kajmak and not yoghurt. My god cevapcici are in flatbread and taste completely different, plus onion and ajvar, you have to come to a real Croatian or Bosnian restaurant and try what's original...meat was raw, there's nothing there Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Of course, we have looked into your statements and asked the people involved. We can't understand your statement "as soon as you enter you can see that the waiter doesn't feel like serving us and he took our drink and food and threw everything on the table in a disgusting way." The three of you entered the restaurant and the first thing you asked was for the toilet. Our waiter told you where to find the toilet. All three people then went to the toilet. You were then seated at a corner table. They ordered cevapcici twice and a cheese and bacon burger for the child. Our burgers are generally fried medium and not well done. After half of the burger had been eaten, people complained that the meat was too raw. The burger was then taken back without discussion and a new one was fried according to your wishes. We served you French fries until the new burger arrived. The new burger and fries were all eaten. Of course you were only charged for a burger and you were invited to have French fries. Now to the Cevapcici. We are aware that the topic of cevapcici or the way it is made, like the white sausage here in Bavaria, is a very strong question of faith. Our inns offer Bavarian, Balkan and international cuisine. We do not claim to have original Balkan cuisine or Bosnian cevapcici. However, Opatija has existed in Munich for over 60 years and the dishes such as cevapcici, raznjici with side dishes such as ajvar, kajmak, djuvec rice etc. have been homemade using the same recipe for 60 years. By the way, our meat supplier is the same, now in the third generation. In December 2024, around 10,000 guests visited our restaurants. We think the monthly number of our guests and the longevity of the type of cuisine speaks for itself. Given his cheerful nature, we cannot imagine that our Italian or South Tyrolean waiter was “grumpy and unfriendly” to you. We are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable with us, but we would be happy if you would try again. We wish you all the best and joy in life. Your Opatija easy teamMore

After a long day of walking in the sun, Opatija Easy im Tal was the perfect spot to unwind. The Radler was refreshing, and the chicken burger was probably the best I’ve ever had. It was a great way to end the day, and I highly recommend it! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Coleslaw, French Fries
