A lot of people point out that waiters serve perfectly cooked fried seafood, fried chicken and soup here. Guests don't highly appreciate lime juice at this restaurant. Open Kitchen is good for visitors who have dinner in a hurry because they can order food as a takeaway. The nice staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Fast service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. Here you will pay fair prices. This place is associated with the lovely atmosphere. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered an egg fried rice and completed the payment, but after waiting for 45 minutes, I was informed that it would take another 30 minutes because the rice was finished. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers’ time is valuable, and it is not right to waste it like this due to poor planning and mismanagement. Proper communication should have been given earlier instead of making customers wait unnecessarily. I hope you improve your service and respect customers' time in the future. Service: 1

This place had one of my favorite burgers. It was dripping with a nice mayo and tasted excellent. But now things have changed. I've tried multiple times now despite tasting like nothing expecting they've fixed it. Now the crispy chicken burger is 1300rs. For around 50-80g chicken, a slice of cheese, lettuce and maybe a drop of mayo. Lower quality and with a price hike. Either keep the price same and reduce the quality or increase the price and keep/improve quality. Put some pickles, caramelized onions, a slice of tomato, a thick and healthy portion of mayo. This burger is not worth even 500rs. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Today I ordered Boiled Vegetables with regular garlic bread for takeaway. However, when I received my order, the garlic bread was missing. I came back and informed the staff at the open kitchen. He told me that he had forgotten to include it and said he would deliver it to me. But after that, there was no response and I did not receive the garlic bread. This is very disappointing and feels like dishonest service. I am not recommending this restaurant to anyone after this experience. Please take necessary action and provide a proper solution.
