Report incorrect information
It honestly feels like customer service from the early 2010s, and not in a good way. For example, you’re not allowed to walk in with a drink from another café, even if you’re planning to have breakfast and order drinks here as well. You’re asked to either finish it outside or throw it away before entering.
Another frustrating policy is about working on a laptop. If you’re using one, the waiter or hostess will inevitably come up to you after about an hour and tell you they’ve been keeping track of how long you’ve been working because laptops are only allowed for one hour. It doesn’t matter that you’ve been continuously ordering food and drinks, that the café isn’t busy, there are plenty of empty tables, and you’re not bothering anyone.
Experiences like these leave a really unpleasant impression. The way customers are treated makes me not want to come back.
