Pizzeria di qualità. Nella pizzeria Opera Arte nel Gusto è possibile mangiare delle pizze diverse dal solito ma con una ricercatezza negli ingredienti davvero di alto livello. La pasta di base della pizza é un super lievitato a base di farine integrali che rendono veramente particolare il piatto. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalla dimensione che trovo personalmente perfetta. Come pizze consiglio sicuramente Aida con la base al nero di seppia carpaccio di tonno stracciatella di bufala e zest di limone e finocchietto selvatico e la Michelangelo con porchetta di Ariccia emulsione di pomodorini secchi e salsa allo yogurt. ( tutti gli ingredienti sono di origini italiane)Ottima selezione di birre e ottime anche le loro coppe gelato
