I had a really disappointing experience at this venue during a recent event. We booked a table expecting at least a slightly elevated level of service, but instead we were treated no differently than general attendees and in some cases, even worse. Basic requests took an unreasonable amount of time. We asked for ice and waited nearly two hours for it to arrive, which is simply unacceptable. I also ordered food and had to wait an extremely long time, only to be told that someone else had ordered the same item, so my order was delayed. That explanation doesn’t make sense—orders should be handled in the order they’re received, not pushed aside because someone else ordered the same thing. Overall, the service was disorganized, slow, and inattentive. If tables are being sold, there should be enough staff and structure in place to properly take care of those guests. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I wouldn’t recommend booking a table if you’re expecting decent service, as it did not match the expectations or the price. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went there early as I do not like loud places and this place was great. Super chill. Interesting cocktails and food for a good price. Had a freaking original SF2 (not the super version) cabinet there that had a coin-bypass mod on it so you can play as much as you want. It was great and with a great view. Two French dudes run the place I think, so that added to the coolness. Price per person: $400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
