A small Izakaya serving European cuisine. We were welcomed warmly by the host and the chef and we were given small appetizers as is usually done in local Izakayas. We ordered their pizza, a pasta dish, and we also tried their Hokkaido raclette on potatoes and their homemade bread. Everything we ordered was great! I also didn't expect to have amazing thin crust pizza in Sapporo but there's really something about Hokkaido flour that just hits different. And the Hokkaido raclette was unlike any other cheese I've ever had in my life: milky, mild, nutty, and not salty at all. The host and chef were very attentive and would use Translate to ask us about our trip and all the food we've eaten during our trip! We felt right at home in this intimate restaurant.
