I wentnthere today (25th 8.50pm) to grab a regular spicy popcorn chicken and two choc mouse. The girl serving was really nice. Please pass her compliments. Chicken bolas were hot and fresh. Enjoyed the food. Would go there again. Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Misleading advertising for a "free chicken" event. Promoting 15,000 free chickens only to cap it at a ridiculous 67 chickens per store. It feels like a poor attempt to play into a meme. After waiting in line for an hour, everyone from the 68th person onward was turned away. Why wasn't staff counting the queue? Properly managing the line could have prevented people from completely wasting an hour of their time.

Standing in line for an hour only to miss out would be upsetting, especially if the queue limit was not clear while people were waiting. Have dined in here on a few occasions and have always been happy with the food and service. The pulled chicken bowl is excellent and full of flavour. The burgers are always fresh tasting and never stingy. What I really appreciate is the effort to keep the place clean. Somone was out cleaning the tables regularly and checking that the customers were happy. Also the table service makes it feel like you are more in a restaurant instead of just any take away shop.
