Had one of the best ramen here in kumamoto! Broth is rich and creamy. Noodles are perfectly cooked! Meat was tender Will definitely return! Hope they can improve in the store ambiance. It had a weird smell. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered Marutoku Oppeshan Ramen and two chicken stick gyoza. The noodles were thick and the amount of fat was generous. It's voluminous with lots of ingredients, the meat is super soft, and the delicious-smelling melon oil is just perfect. It was voluminous and super cool. The dumplings are well-shaped and easy to eat, and the meat is tightly packed, juicy and delicious. I had used it in Sendai and Sapporo in the past, but this was my first time at the main store in Kumamoto, so I decided to give it a try.
