I ordered Oppeshan ramen (noodle bari, fat donpisha), Kumamoto gyoza, and a replacement dish. This is a Kumamoto ramen shop that operates mainly in Sendai City, and the pork bone ramen made with melon oil was delicious. It was carefully prepared and I enjoyed mixing the substitute rice with the soup. The gyoza is also a rare type of stick gyoza that is very satisfying to eat.
