Michelin selection.
Very good standard.

Situated behind the Uffizi, this restaurant boasts a large open-view kitchen and an original approach that focuses on creating meaningful dialogue between guests and the chefs in the kitchen. I had a really nice time at Ora d'Aria. The server team was so gracious and the atmosphere felt very comfortable. My favorite dish was the guinea fowl risotto with black truffle. The Frescobaldi Montepulciano Riserva was enjoyable as well. Thank you for the delicious meal! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ate there last night 6/6/22. We came at 7 pm which was our reservation. No one was in the top floor. We were seated by the kitchen door which kept opening and closing to let waiters in and out. I asked if we can move to another table. The waiter went to the chef, the owner, to see if we can move. The chef, Marco, said no. There was no one in the restaurant and no one coming. We threatened to leave and cancel when the chef Marco changed and let us sit in a more comfortable and pleasant seat. When we finished eating at 9.30 there were STILL two empty tables left. We had been to this restaurant two other times. The food is excellent, the waiter and wine expert excellent service, but the owner chef had a giant ego that overwhelms his talents. We will never return.
