Orbys is a true French restaurant dining experience with a modern twist. This is a 3-hour seating. It is a six course meal with little deveation from day to day. Changes are made only for vegetarians and people with food allergies. In time, the gentlemen will introduce an alternate dish, which I am looking forward to trying. The night I was there was like I was interacting in a perfectly rehearsed play. From the Chef and Sous-chef, creating the meal to visual and tasteful perfection, to the waiter explaining in detail each course. The restaurant is newly renovated and has a great wine selection. I have attached pictures and videos of the meal. I purposely left out what each dish was made with. Being introduced to each course is part of the experience. Bon appetite.
