What a terrible experience, went for a dinner as a family and ordered vegetarian pasta dish, staff brought the food, we asked 3 times if it was vegetarian and got a firm and confident yes untill we found that it had chicken chunks in it. Manager decided to have it made again and it took another 20 mins for the dish to arrive whilst rest of us already done with our food. When bill came the manager didn't bother to offer any goodwill gesture untill I asked that the bill should be revised for the whole sour evening experience, manager removed 10 aed from the bill to make up for the mess up, what the hell... Shocking experience and complete lack of common sense from the management on how to make things right. If you are a strict vegetarian or vegan, check your food before eating or just avoid the place. I recently dined at Oregano Dubai Silicon Oasis, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the hospitality was truly remarkable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my guests that had come along had dining experience that was perfect. Every recommendation they made was spot-on, enhancing the overall dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the decor to the presentation of the dishes, was evident. What truly set them apart, however, was the genuine hospitality of the staff. In conclusion, Oregano Dubai Silicon Oasis exceeded all my expectations with their exceptional service and great hospitality. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon!
