Very strange experience. As per Google opening time is 8 am. Reached at 10.15 am only to see signage saying open at 10.30 am. Called the number on Google and was told quite rudely that unless your a member you cannot buy anything from the farm. Seems they are doing very well as customer at your door step willing eat something, buy the local produce and support a "local" farm only to turned away. Drive 45 minutes to check out the farm to be turned away. Utterly disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went there thinking it was a nice place, but it turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve ever visited. They act like other people’s money grows on trees. If you order organic meat and eggs, they ask you to pay one day in advance—even regular customers are forced to pay for a membership first. Even then, the service is poor and the meat pieces they provide are not good. They pressure customers, demand pre-payment early in the morning a day before, and overall it feels very unprofessional. When you visit the farm, you even have to carry your own utensils. At the very least, they should feed the hens they raise themselves, but instead they ask customers multiple times to do it. People go to such places for peace, but here they disturb your privacy. I really don’t understand what kind of place this is. Another main issue is that there’s a young girl there who makes bracelets and rings as a craftsperson. They asked to make a video of her, but instead of motivating her, it felt like they just wanted to use her video to attract more customers to their farm. What kind of business approach is that? Everyone has the right to give reviews—some may have good experiences, others bad. They are happy when someone gives a good review, but if a bad review is posted, they call and pressure people to delete the comment. Please improve and maintain your customer service. And honestly, I would never recommend anyone to visit this place. There are many better places where you can invest your time and money for peace. Providing such poor service and acting like you’re better than others is just not acceptable.
