Such a good experience!!! 10/10. This spot is run by the cutest people. Everything our group ordered was amazing. Recommend the gyoza, wagyu, and fried chicken. Best gyoza we’ve ever had. Our group of 4 stumbled upon this little spot after a hectic day in Kyoto. Super easy to walk into. Local and tourist friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

no complaints about the service, but this is a tourist trap. Seating fees per person, table fees, the water wasn't even free either, and the food was whatever. It was only just us, there was no other customer when we went here, so the seating fee did not make sense. The only reason why it would make sense is if the restaurants busy and they want to make money if you're gonna sit there for hours. Spent so much more money, i'd rather eat at 7-eleven Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

The food was delicious and the staff were so kind! :) Oribe has a lovely local and intimate atmosphere. The 5-platter seasonal vegetable dish was incredible!! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and looking for an authentic, family owned Obanzai experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
