First time trying been living here a year and still haven’t found a good Chinese food place I however, did see one on Facebook that has good reviews but it’s in Dublin and I want something closer to my house so I decided to give them a try upon walking in it’s really really small and tiny in there. You can see them cooking in the kitchen. The lady was nice somewhat. They need to have a better buffet table because the naming of the items were kind of all around and everything looked the same like they just cooked it a different way, but everything kind of looked the same, except for like a few things I tried the barbecue pork. It was really salty, and it wasn’t cooked all the way I only ate one piece and then threw the rest away, I tried to steam rice in the chow mein and mushroom chicken I believe or something or cute or something like that that come out something I tried it was OK. The cheeky pieces were really big. I would’ve preferred them small because they’re like big chunks and they also the cucumber no the zucchini chicken it was. I’m sorry the zucchini was soft and good but it was in big huge chunks. It would’ve probably been better if it was diced instead of being big huge chunks the rice was good. I liked it to steam rice. I also got the generals chicken it was supposed to be spicy, but it really wasn’t spicy and also it was in like a weird form like I’m not sure but I didn’t really too much like the presentation of it but it tasted OK a little bit. It didn’t come with any sauce on it so I was kind of weirded out by that and yeah, the plate costed me 20 bucks unfortunately not sure how when the two entrée was only supposed to be $11 I think or $14 and I just got a small side, which was the barbecue pork and I don’t know how my total came up to $20 but yeah I probably will not return to them. I had a great experience at Orient Express Chinese food. The food was fresh and flavourful and the service really stood out . I accidentally ordered a dish with pork and Mae was incredibly kind and professional. She immediately changed my order without any hassle and made sure i got exactly what i wanted. That level of customer care is rare. I'll definitely be back. Great food, even better hospitality. Thank you Mae!
