There were flies on my table. Upon sitting, table was messy from last guest. No liquid used to clean the table, just a dry cloth. Fork and knive were put directly on uncleaned table. Server was in a hurry, I didn’t even finished ordering and he was with one foot ready to leave. Price per person: PEN 60–80 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Food ok with nice preparation ; unprofessional service; like dining in a fast food restaurant. I sitted on the G floor and was served by a short black hair senior waiter. I have ordered a salad and a pasta for dinner. While i was having my salad, on a midway, about 15mins long, pasta was served, so i had to push myself to eat fatser otherwsie the paste would get cold. Once i finished my pasta the waiter immediately come to withdraw my plate and ask how would i like to pay. I was shocked. Am i dining in a fast food restaurant? it was 9pm and there were other tables of customers. I am looking for quality food and services thats why i come here. About billing, he asked me the payment method and i said card. When he presented the receipt, i expcted him would hand me the payment machine. Butvhe didn't. Instead, he asked the Qs again. This was not a single case. From the beginning, he cannot follow my order or my question. I said A, he answer B. But its sth minor so i didn't care. The english spoken skills, i expect better in this scale of restaurant. Bright side was the young junior waiter there, who escorted me to the table, share me the wifi code and served me cheese for pasta before i asked; also which his senior missed. The young man deserved a pay raise and compliment. These 2 stars are for him. No next time for this restaurant.

We expected a bit more. Service was friendly but very chaotic. One starter came after main course. One item wasn’t available but we were told later after order. When we commented soup (chupe) was not hot enough - the answer was “thank you”. Place was not busy at all. Cheff uses the same bathroom as guests. Food was good but we expected a bit more. Presentation of dishes was nice. Deco and atmosphere is good. Open kitchen. Next time we would go elsewhere. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
