First off, I have no complaints about Jimmy Jawbreaker's burgers. However, I found the staff to be very rude. In my experience, they don't place much value on customer satisfaction. They also kept me waiting for a long time, which wouldn't have been an issue if they gave an approximate time beforehand. If I order a burger and fries, I don't expect to be waiting for 15 minutes or longer for my food. I've been to many similar burger joints on wheels and this is by far the longest I've ever had to wait. Basically, the food isn't bad, but the wait and the lack of respect for customers certainly is!
Jimmy's trailer is now open for the season and is working carnivals, fairs, and car shows. I stopped by the Lancaster fairgrounds today for the car show and spotted the trailer and my mouth started to water. Next thing I know I had a traditional Jawbreaker hamburger and an order of Jimmy fries in front of me. Mmmm Mmmm delicious. Still as good as my first one 5 years ago and in my opinion still the best burgers around. I highly recommend if you see the trailer stop and order you won't be disappointed. I stop and order every time i see them. The trailer is cash only though so hit the ATM first.
