My favorite Italian restaurant in Spain, by far.
UPDATE: Look at what Oro di Napoli replied to me. Unbelievable. Checked reviews on both Yelp and TripAdvisor. Went there. The place had most tables occupied. Didn't have a reservation so I asked for a table. Was given a really bad one (fire extinguisher next to my head, thank God I hadn't brought my girlfriend as she would've had to choose between that and being 1 inch away from the main door. For real, they could do better. SUGGESTION: If you can't offer nice conditions to everyone, don't just put more and more tables in for the sake of keeping more people regardless of their comfort. Despite me asking for a table and being assigned one, I kept waiting and waiting and waiting until I had to stop a waiter on his way to ask if it was possible to get a menu. I finally got one. I ordered a drink right away. SUGGESTION: When there's a new client you've just assigned a table to, bring them the menu right away and then you can take care of the rest of your business while they get their jackets off and decide on what to order. When I sat down at the table there was a fork, a knife and wine glass plus a towel. The waiter literally just put the drink on the table and that was it. McDonald's style - without thinking about how I was supposed to drink that? Maybe people drink straight from the can over there? Not sure. /sarcasm. He took my order (a pizza) and left. And I had to wait until I could get a hold of him again (again, while he was on his way to some other table) to ask for a glass. FOR REAL! All this while being really close to where the other waiters were. But those were too busy chatting to each other and just standing there. Ridiculous. Finally got a glass. Whatever. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. I've had to deal with this sort of issue in the past as a waiter. What I used to do was to bring some snacks to the table and apologize for the prolonged wait, but nevermind as this was not a problem anymore. This is just a suggestion. Then came the pizza. Not good. They rushed it through the oven and the stuff that was on it would fall like they had just thrown it on top and brought it to me. Also, VERY difficult to cut in slices and around the edges. Clearly not done the Italian way. SUGGESTION: you should seriously take better care of those knives. Even the pizza cutter wheel was difficult to use as it would take quite some effort to get the pizza cut. Whatever. I ate, so I thought I could do what I usually do and ask the waiter for the bill. Good luck with that. So I realized people were literally standing in line (like in a Walmart for God's sake) to pay for whatever they'd ordered. LMAO. Well, I finally found the right moment (the line was getting a bit ridiculous so I waited until there were fewer people), paid and left thinking the following: "Thank God I didn't bring my girlfriend in here. What a disaster."
