So disappointed-We love Osaka. Food was good. This visit, our cook AND our server were rude, mean, unfriendly, and very unprofessional. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Noise level: Moderate noise Group size: Suitable for all group sizes Seating type: Private dining room

This place was “mid.” I’ve been to many hibachi restaurants all over the nation and this one needs a change in management and attitude. Every server made every effort not to look at a patron. We had to flag rando servers down for the most basic attention. The hibachi chef was inarticulate and made it very clear that he was in a hurry. We ordered 10 filets with shrimp. Most servers would take that as a hint (I’ve been a server, waiter, cook and bus boy) that you might get a generous tip from a jovial birthday group ready to spend. Instead our party was greeted with an attitude and poor service. The next time I drop 5 bills at dinner WON’T be here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
