We hadn't planned to visit but walking along the Strand we decided to stop for a cold drink ie Smoothie. We were greeted nicely, took a menu to a table,then ordered at the counter. $16 for 2 Berry Smoothies, eftpos machine shows $18.20- surcharge for public holiday was explained. 3 min later 2 very small glasses of (sadly lukewarm) "Smoothies" were brought to our table accompanied by the question "can I take your order now"... We felt slightly uncomfortable and "pushed". Sorry guys bit disappointed, especially about the surcharge. Meal type: Other Price per person: NZ$1–10 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Wonderful coffee and food. The staff are super attentive and always positive. Great fast service every time we come, regardless of how busy they are or our group size. We really love coming to Oscar and Otto.
