One of the best restaurants in the city. The waiters are very helpful and always in a good mood. My father is disabled and its never a problem for them to help us. The food is affordable and delicious. To compare it with the famous restaurants near, the overall service at Oskar is atleast four times better. It has become our "family place". It should be mentioned somewhere here that for a whole month during New Years they were donating food for those in need.
