We asked on UberEats pickup for less spicy multiple times in the app. Yet they put significant amounts of spice and gave my partner and I diherrea and made us sick. Will contact UberEats for a refund. Does it hurt to pay attention to order requests from paying customers? Ruined our weekend. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

They do not follow the right way to cook the chicken and serve it , they scoop it of a heater box and serve it , when questioned , the owner arrives and tells me that he owns other 6 stores and thats how it is done. I have been eating osmows from last 10 years too and i know its not done the way they do. Kept arguing and was i can warm it for you and still made me fool warming it up on the stove plate , but when i tried it , it was still cold from inside. When i told the owner, he goes i can give you refund instead of correcting or accepting it , he could have made it fresh but buddy is to tough to admit his mistake. Feel like he has got fake reviews from friends and family By the way I didnt take refund and walked away. Had to garbage food and buy edo japan in the same plaza Dont waste your time coming here.
