여러가지의 술안주가 있었어요. 소갈비살-부들부들에 육즙까지 막창-노릇노릇하게구워서 소스에 찍어먹으면 고소함과 쫄깃한 식감까지.. 껍데기- 양념에 숙성된 껍데기를 잘 구워서 콩가루?? 에 찍어 드시면..굿.. (껍데기를 구울때 한쪽면은 다 구어질 무렵에 튀더라구요.. 반대쪽 면으로 위치하면 튀는것도 사라지는걸 이번에 친절한 사장님 설명으로 알았다는..)
