LUNCH STARTS AT 2PM!!! I KNOW, SUPER LAME! SO IF YOU DROVE ACROSS TOWN FOR WINGS THAT AREN'T BREADED AND IT AIN'T PAST 2PM.... WELL TO FRICKIN BAD BECAUSE LUNCH DOESN'T START TILL 2PM!! 2PM 2pm Little peeved. That's all, I know I'm being ridiculous, but it's stupid. Also, the fries aren't gluten free, but you can get a gluten free bun. So there's that. Lol Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went on a whim because we had an event near by. Glad we dropped in. They accommodated us with sitting next to a fire that they lit at my request. The drinks were great. We shared an entree and it was Delicious!. The atmosphere was nice. The whole experience was nice and we will def be back. Disappointing breakfast.“Osprey Restaurant & Bar features New American cuisine paired with regional wines and served alongside a pristine river view setting.”I did not feel the restaurant lived up to the description — even ignoring the exterior construction that obscured the view. Hotel lobby/cafeteria decor, cafeteria acoustics, standard hotel breakfast menu. We ordered the pulled pork Benedict, huckleberry pancakes, bacon, coffee, and tea (Bigelow’s). The poached eggs were well cooked, but the Hollandaise had split, the rest of the dish had little flavor and didn’t really come together. The pancakes were chewy. The coffee was OK.Service was friendly and kind but still a little inexperienced.If you’re staying at the hotel, and you don’t have particularly high expectations — maybe you find Seattle and Portland restaurants a bit too hip and fancy, and you want every dish to come with a pile of potatoes and some Tabasco — stop in for an easy breakfast with friendly servers. I was looking for a bit more atmosphere and a lot more sophistication on the plate.
