The "final cleaning" as you say began in the room on the opposite side to where you were sitting and in any case you had already had coffee and bitters and I add that only you were left in the restaurant. Unfortunately in a restaurant at the end of the shift the place has to be re-prepared for the next day and in any case it was well after 11pm. I still apologize to you if you didn't like the "method" but all the places have a closing time. Thank youMore
