Excellent meat, friendly waiter. Bad experience with the lady who takes care of the cash register. Being in Imola for work, I needed to request an invoice showing the company's VAT number and personal PEC as an employee. This procedure has always been carried out in all the restaurants I have been to in recent years. The lady got annoyed at my request and continued to state that it was not possible to insert the certified e-mail. Moral of the story? I paid entirely out of pocket as the expense will not be refundable and I will not return to this restaurant again. It's a shame, since I come to Imola frequently and the food and environment are excellent. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
